The District operates a wastewater collection system and sewage treatment plant which serves the ALGCC Clubhouse and Maintenance building as well as 77 townhomes in Alto Lakes Sites A through C and Deer Park Wood Townhomes.
Individual homesites are served by septic systems which are permitted by the NM Environment Department and operated by the home owner.
